How to Open Shared Mailbox as a Different Profile (Outlook Desktop App Windows 10)
User Must have Access to the Shared Mailbox they are trying to open. You can search previous tickets to see if access was ever requested and granted. Can also check with Enterprise Infrastructure team or David Hajjar to see if they have access.
Open Control Panel and go to Mail (Microsoft Outlook)

Cick on Show Profiles...

Make sure Prompt for a profile to be used is selected and click Add...

Give new profile a name and press ok

Enter the email address of the shared mailbox in the Email Address: field. Leave password blank and press next.

Delete the email address that shows in the window and enter user's email address and click next.

If successfull, you will see this screen appear.

Now user will be prompted which profile to open when opening Outlook Desktop App.
