Updating Members of an Email Distribution List
Important!
To update, add and remove members of an Email Distribution List, you MUST be an owner of the list.
You can request to be an owner of a distribution list, which may require approval from your supervisor and/or other business owners.
Updating Distribution Lists on Outlook Desktop Application for Windows 10
Step 1. Open Outlook and navigate to Address Book on the home tab

Step 2. Search for the distribution list you'd like to update by entering the name of the distibution list in the search bar, and press enter. When you see the distribution list you'd like to edit, double click on the distribution list to open up the properties.
Please make sure that Offline Global Address List is selected in the Address Book: drop down, to the right of the search bar.

If you have the offline address book selected and still cannot see the updated list, you may have to download the latest address book. You can update the address book on outlook by clicking File - > Account Settings -> Download Address Book...
Step 3: Click on Modify Members in the pop-up box

Step 5: Click "Add..."

Step 6: Search the names of the members you would like to add to the list, and click "add" at the bottom of the pop up window.

Updating Distribution List on Office.com
Step 1: Navigate to outlook.office.com and click on Sign In. Sign in with your full Curry email address and password.

Step 2: Click on the gear symbol in the top right of page to enter settings. At the bottom of the Settings page select View all Outlook settings.

Step 3: Click on General and Distribution groups to view your distribution groups.

Step 4: Double-click on the Distribution group you'd like to modify the members of. In the pop-up window, select Membership to view members of the group. Click the + button to add members. To remove members, highlight their name by clicking on them, and pressing the "-" button to remove them. Click Save to save changes before exiting.
