Open File Explorer. Your F Drive and OneDrive can be found along the left side. You may have to expand the This PC folder to find your F Drive. It should have the same name as your network account.

Please note:
2. Why are there files already saved in my drives?
Some or all of your files might be backed up already. Please click on your F Drive to review what files have been saved there.
Please note: Your Documents folder automatically backs up to your F Drive. We recommend reviewing the files in your Desktop, Downloads, Pictures, and Videos folders and backing the files up if desired.
Then click on your OneDrive to review what files have been saved there.
Please note: A blue cloud symbol is next to all files that have been successfully saved to the cloud.
3. How to Back-Up Files to Your F Drive or OneDrive
To copy an entire folder to your drives, right-click on the folder (such as desktop) and select copy. Then go to your F Drive or OneDrive and right-click and paste the folder.

If you would like to select certain folders or files within a folder, select the folder and then choose your desired files. Right-click to copy. Go to one of your drives and right-click and paste these files.

4. What to do if you receive an error message:
Below are status symbols that you will see in OneDrive:

If your file sync has an error, it could be related to one or any of the reasons below:
1. A file or folder was uploaded and is too large.
2. A file or folder was uploaded and is corrupted.
3. A file or folder is being used by another application.
4. A file or folder is in a folder that OneDrive cannot sync.
5. There is a problem with your OneDrive connection.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps if you experience an error:
- Make sure that the file or folder is not too large. The maximum size for a file that can be synced to OneDrive is 100GB.
- Try closing any applications that are using the file or folder (Like documents that are opened).
- Try moving the file or folder to a different location in your OneDrive folder.
- Check your internet connection.
After doing or verifying all of these above, restart OneDrive (quit and open it up again).
