How to Access Tickets Shared with You
The Curry Support Portal now allows tickets to be shared with multiple users. Users who receive a shared ticket can now access and review ticket details, staying informed about updates alongside the primary requester.
How to Access Tickets Shared with You:
1. Go to support.curry.edu and sign in as a staff or faculty member.

2. Enter your Curry email address and password.

3. Once you have landed on the homepage of the Support Portal, click on the icon to the left of the Curry logo.

4. Select Tickets.

5. Click on All Tickets and then Shared With Me.

6. You will now see a list of tickets that have been shared with you.

7. Select a ticket to see more details.
