Microsoft Bookings and Bookings with Me are both scheduling tools, but they serve different purposes. In short, Microsoft Bookings is best for team-based scheduling, while Bookings with Me is tailored for personal, one-on-one appointments. Please note, Bookings and Bookings with Me are only available to full-time faculty and staff members.

Example: Scheduling Office Hours Using Bookings with Me
Bookings with Me is an excellent tool for scheduling office hours. This software allows you to select specific days and time blocks for student appointments. You can fully customize the appointment length, lead time, and buffer time between appointments to suit your needs. Students can easily find a suitable time without the hassle of back-and-forth emails.
1. To get started, navigate to Bookings in your web browser and sign in using your full Curry email address and password. By default, you will have 15-minute and 30-minute meeting types. Simply click on either option to edit the settings. If you would like to create another meeting type, click one of the two buttons indicated below.

2. On the next page, you can customize the meeting type. You can edit the title, description, location (including the option to make it virtual via Teams), length, privacy settings, and even add the link directly to your email signature.

Further down, you can mark your availability for this meeting type. You can set a start and end date (e.g., for one semester’s office hours). Simply click the “X” next to any day to remove your availability for that day.

Under advanced options, you can edit buffer time and enable reminder emails. Once finished, select Save at the top. You can then share the meeting type by clicking the Share button and copying the link.
