Editing The Portal
To start editing on the portal you will need to click on your name and then click Studio.

Edit an Article or iFrame: Hover over the portlet and click the pencil on the green bar.

Here it will bring you to a page to edit the portlet. Once done editing click save changes

When you are done editing always click save on the top right corner.(below image)
Add a new Portlet: To add a new portlet, click the plus button

This will bring up widgets to let you add Articles, Smart Articles, iFrames, and Forms just like the old portal. Smart Articles is newer to the Portal this lets you use CSS code

Smart Articles let you add text and images like in the old Portal. one of the new features for Smart Article is that you can also use CSS code. if you click “Source” it will show you the code for this article. The image with the highlighted code makes the purple header you see on the Portal. Here is the code for this header <div class="applet-header">Add Text Here</div> To add this header make sure you click Source first then you can add that code for the header. Then click Source again and it will go back to normal text that you can type for the Article.

Using CSS on Smart Article
Change or Reorder Portlets: The two arrows circled on this image below allows you to adjust the Portlets where you want them placed. It will pull up the reorder page and you can drag an place the portlets where you want them to be. Click save after rearranging.

Here is the new screen for editing iFrames. If you have a link that you copied just place it on the URL section and click Save Changes.

Creating or Editing Forms: For an existing form, click on Content then Manage Forms

This will bring you to this page Manage Forms and to edit them you can click on the 3 stacking dots and click Edit Form. You can also create a new form by clicking Create Form.

Here it will bring you to the Form you want to edit you can also. General section lets you add the description of the forms.

In Form Fields This section allows you to create the field of the form with drops like text field, email field, dropdown list, etc. Also, there is a plus button to add new fields on the right side and delete button. Once changes are made click Save Changes

If you’re are adding images you can click on content and then Manage Images

Once you do it will bring you to this page. You can select the folder you want to add the image by clicking Upload Image. If you don’t see the folder you listed you can also Click Add Folder to create the folder and save it.

Click Browse to add the image you want added. Then click Upload and the image will be added to the folder.

When editing an image on the article highlight the image and click on the image tab.

This will bring you to this page you can click images and that bring you to the first image above to go through folder and find that image click copy image url and it will close out of that first page and you can paste the url link for the image on the URL section and click ok and the Save Changes.

There are two drives the myDrive and Community Drive. The myDrive is has a section call Shared With Me This has most of PDFs and documents in folders that are shared to you. If you had edit access and select the folder you had edit access to you can click Add and can make a new folder or Upload a file. Community Drives is similar to myDrive but it is for a Community section in the Portal an example is PAL that is a Community Portal that takes you a Pal home page and has documentation for that page. If you have edit access to Community drive you add new folder or documentation for that community.

If you are trying to edit an Article that has PDF that needs to be updated. Highlight the text that goes to the PDF and click on the chain.

This will Bring you to this screen. If you are on the regular portal and click myDrive and try to copy the link of the pdf through there that will not work. If you open the PDF you can copy the link seen below this image and the other.

If you are editing or adding a document in a Community Page. You can click on Community Drive in the image above and click copy url seen on this image below and this will close the page and go back to the above image and you can paste the link on the URL section
