Instructions for Setting Up the Family Portal
FERPA The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal Law that protects the privacy of students’ education, financial, and academic records. For the student’s protection, FERPA limits the release of student record information without the student’s consent. If a student would like to allow the Office of Student Financial Services to share financial information (such as billing and financial aid application/award records) with a person other than himself/herself, including a parent, the student must provide consent through the Family Portal. Family Portal Instructions: 1. Student logs in to their myCurry account 2. Click on the myInfo tab 3. Click on the myFamily access link 4. Some family members are pre-populated (or you can add additional people) and you can select, for each item, "YES" if you want that person to have access to view a specific item such as your financial matters otherwise the default is "no" and the family member will not have access to view your personal information. You are encouraged to give the tuition bill payer access to your financial records. 5. Click to create an account. This person will receive an email, (to the email address that was specified and is displayed to the left of the ‘Request Account’ button) asking the person to verify their email address and the desire to create a Curry College portal account. After clicking on Verify they will be brought to a webform where the family member can confirm the username that will be created in the Curry College portal (defaults to the email address specified). 6. This person will also receive a second email in approximately 1-2 days to authenticate their email address on the payment portal curry.myonplanu.com. They must complete the authentication process to make payments online or enroll in payment plans for their students account or create an account directly https://curry.myonplanu.com/. **For additional support setting up your payment portal account please contact Flywire at supportcrs@flywire.com and they can be reached via phone at Domestic US: +1 (857) 287-3823, and International (Canada): +1 857 287 3818.
