PaperCut Wireless Printing
PaperCut Wireless Printing (Must be on campus and connected to Curry WiFi) 1. To print wirelessly from a mobile device, go to the following website. Wireless Printing Link: http://Minerva:9163/setup Please Note: This website is only accessible while connected to Curry wifi network This website automatically picks up what operating system you are using. They also have options at the bottom for different Operating Systems at the bottom of the page. Once the Papercut installer file downloads, run the file and accept the license agreement and click Next. Select the printers you would like to add to your device and click Next. Enter your my.curry.edu login username and password and click Next. Printers have now been installed. Click Finish to close the window. You will now be able to print to the printers you added through papercut. When you are printing a document, you will see the names of the printers you have added through papercut as options.

Set up printing on your Mac Step 1 Open up and browser and navigate to http://Minerva:9163/setup (Or click on the link above) IMORTANT: Must be on Curry Campus and connected to Curry Wifi in order to add printers and print Step 2 Click the button below to download Mobility Print. Download Step 3 Run the Mobility Print installer to install your printers. Select the printers you would like to print to. Step 3 When it’s time to print, just print like you normally do and you'll see the printers added to select from TIPS Don’t change the name of the installer; it tells Mobility Print where the printers live. If you see this pop-up, enter your my.curry.edu username and password. Your username could be different from the one that automatically appears.

MacBook Air or MacBook Pro with macOS 12 or later, 13" or 16" Display, Intel Core i7 or better processor, 16 GB or more RAM, 512 GB or larger SSD. Important: Apple MacBook Air and MacBook Pro computers are not upgradeable after purchase. Please plan your purchase based on potential future needs, even if it means spending more now. Student MFA Enrollment Gmail
Student MFA Enrollment Student Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for Curry College powered by Google 2-Step Verification, adds an extra layer of security to your account by requiring a verification code be provided from a personal device such as tablet, mobile phone or landline. MFA was designed to work seamlessly with your smart devices, and Curry ITS recommends using a smartphone or tablet for the best experience. It's as easy as the push of a button. 2-Step Verification Enrollment Deadline You may have received the following message upon logging into your student Gmail or Google Workspace, requesting that you enroll a device in Google 2-Step Verification by July 29th, 2022. Enrollment is required by July 29th to maintain access to your Curry Student email and Google workspace account, otherwise you will need to contact the ITS Help Desk to regain access to your account. If you are not enrolled by July 29th, 2022, you will receive the following message, indicating that you must contact the ITS Help Desk for support. Setting Up Google 2-Step Verification If you are presented with the Enrollment Reminder message (in the previous section), you can click Enroll and skip to the Enrolling a Device section of this document. Otherwise, follow the steps below to begin enabling 2-Step Verification on your account. Select the Google button in the upper right-hand corner of the window (red). In the pop-up dialog, select Manage your Google Account (Green). Select Security. Select 2-Step Verification. A dialog window will appear, explaining 2-Step Verification. Select Getting Started. Sign in to continue to 2-Step Verification configuration. Phone Enrollment Curry ITS recommends using the Google Authenticator App for iPhone and Android for the best experience, however you must enroll a phone (via text message or phone call) before you can setup Google Authenticator. You will be presented with a phone configuration dialog. Enter your mobile telephone or landline number (mobile is recommended) and select the Text Message or Phone Call radio button. If you are using an international phone number, ensure you select your country code from the drop down to the right of the US flag icon. Click Next. You will receive either a text message or phone call to the number you provided. A six-digit verification code will be provided. Enter the verification code into the confirmation dialog seen below and click Next. Once confirmed, you will be prompted to turn on 2-Step Verification. Select Turn On. Setting Up Google Authenticator Once you have 2-Step Verification enabled, you will now be able to enable MFA via Google Authenticator. The Available second steps dialog will appear once you have turned on 2-Step Verification. Select Authenticator App. You will be presented with the Authenticator app dialog. Select the Google Play Store (Android) or iOS App Store (iOS) links for instructions on installing the Authenticator app on your device. Once the Authenticator app has been installed, select Set up authenticator. Open the Authenticator app. In the app tap the + and choose Scan a QR code. Scan the QR code with your device camera. Once complete, select Next in your computer browser. Enter the code in the authenticator app (the heading should say: Google youremailaddress@student.curry.edu). Select Verify to finish setting up Google Authenticator.

How Students Sign up for Office 365 for Education
Open a browser and navigate to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/education/products/office (You can either clink the link or search for Office for Education in a supported browser) Click on Get started in the middle left of the page Enter your complete Curry student email including @students.curry.edu and click sign up Click I'm a student. You will then receive an email with directions on how to proceed. Continue with the prompts and you will be signed up for Office! NOTE: Your access to MS Office is valid for as long as your Curry email address is valid. If you leave the College, your access will be inactivated within 30 days. Your device must connect to the Internet once every 30 days to validate your access.
